Wolfgang „Fadi“ Dorning, an austrian musican, artist and producer, started to make a documentary about field recording with the worktitle „in the fields / Feldaufnahmen“.

On their stop here in my home-village I lead them to the electronic-power-station of the „Pumpspeicherwerk Markersbach“ and the Unterbecken - with it's electricity-drone and natural environment sounds, where we did the interview.

Then I showed them the Oberbecken, the basin which is pumped off into the Unterbecken over the day. A great natural spectacle happends in this moment.

Next day, they went to Patrick Franke who runned a workshop, with Lasse Marc-Riek, in Leipzig, to do some more interviews.
Wolfgang wrote me, his Notebook fucked up just befor his performance at the field recordings festival :-(.

At all, I've enjoyed this short meeting with these friendly people from austria. I'm looking forward to the movie, which is planned for spring 2008.
