fieldmuzick release a split CD of sebastién roux and bidibop with some really great "field muzick". bidibop turns the environmental sounds from his new york travel into really fine pieces of electronic music. His field recordings are really turned to music - it's like a dream. And sebastién contributes a stirring field recording cut up so far.
There will also come the next round of the nifty mini CD-R serie on fieldmuzick, with Alexander Schubert/Sinebag and Sir gran où lée. Ah, and a popular (because low priced :-) webrelease will push out.

oder OKM II - biaural recordings
Patrick Franke von Alula Ton Serien und Lasse Marc Riek vom Grünrekorder Label luden am 29. und 30. 9. zum phonographie Workshop im Leipziger gfzk/weezie.Ich hab mich wieder mal nach Leipzig aufgemacht und nach einigen Umwegen und Umleitungschaos-Wegen-Autobahn-Bau kam ich noch rechtzeitig zur Zusammenfassung und Beginn der Vortragsreihe, 20 Uhr an.
Den praktischen Workshop habe ich verpasst, aber seis drum, das konnte ich am nächsten Tag beim Testen von OKM Soundman II biaurale Mikrofone nachholen.
